🔥
Dude on the bottom needs to stop trying to get smart with Carlos.
thanks man i trained under Howard for most of my childhood he was more then sensi he was a real mentor
Do you have any leads on where he might be? Could you help us try to track him down
Jon fitch choking Mark Coleman is a joke
Smart guy bisping vs Anderson silva Anderson celebrating then bisping won 🤷🏻
I knew Jeremy Horn was special because I was a huge frank shamrock fan still I am and didn’t know who Jeremy Horn was and he put it on Frank and barely lost by that bar. That’s when I knew Jeremy Horn was special.
Most all best things in life happened by accident
Ha Are you describing my youngest child????
Most all best things in life happened by accident
Chris Camozzi is awesome 🤩
I am the super MMA fan, but I’m a lonely concrete finisher. I’ve only been to one event my brother paid for with Dominic Cruz fault TJ Delashaw, Boston and Anthony Pettis fault Eddie Alvarez I can’t afford to go to the shows. I have four kids. Don’t mean I’m not knowledgeable fan though like all the shit y’all are talking about. I know corrected y’all all some of it soI just broke song
DIS GON BE GOOD
Another great interview! I followed most of Chris Brennan's career and it was good to hear all the old stories.
It’s a 4 part series One of the best that we have ever recorded
I saw Joe Riggs beat the hell out of him when Joe was 17 or 18.
Kazuo Takahashi had really bad ringworm when he fought at UFC 12.
Yea it was pretty visible when you watch it. He also grabbed the fence like 20 times in that fight and kept getting verbal warnings but they never did anything about it.
You’re a real one, Joe
Big time!!!
What that’s the black guy that you fought Vernon Tiger White wow that is so awesome
RIP UG I'll never visit again
Did us dirty
One of the least appreciate pioneers of MMA
The only other person that gets the same amount of disrespect as Frank that I can think of Dave Menne 1st ever UFC 185# champion
My favorite podcast thank you
best man in the world he was my coach in the late 80s
Paul B Jones, the legend!
Luke is such a refreshing personality in combat sports. I hope he finds the peace and healing he needs. I have a friend who swears by ketamine and many who've done psilocybin. Very interesting thaf he brought it up.
Thanks Josh 😊
Great interview with a great man. One of my greatest gifts in my life was being coached by Jones in the 90s. He brought the best out in everyone.
Great interview with a true Legend.
This man did more for a lot of troubled kids. Imagine being a high school kid and getting in trouble and you were a wrestler. Our punishment was going six straight minutes on the mat with him. It was not a pleasant experience trust me. He is an awesome human being and so is his family. Love Coach Ty for everything.
You must be referring to a YAM
Surprising to hear he almost was on TUF season 4. Id expect him to be an assistant coach for TUF 4, if anything.
This is a good one! Dude was a problem for big names
Love it
I have all the battle caves on VHS 123 anyways I don’t have the one Laurie Smith KO, but I’ve seen them all
Hell yeah.
Mike, when you said Larry ........... (the violatior)😂😂😂😂😂😂 I spat my coffee ☕️ out at work 😂😂😂😂😂
I love this guy’s attitude. I will just fight anybody and he’s not even a fighter that old-school wrestling mentality. I love it.
The other week I don’t know if it was the same show or not I think so or maybe a month or two ago lol but I remember watching John Loeber and it was cool to hear from him again it’s cool how y’all keep finding these old-school legends that only super fans like me would know

best mma podcast out there
This guy was mad underated.
Great episode as always!
Speaking of Jermaine Andre...you need to interview him
Headbutts were legal in UFC 14 when Maurice Smith beat Mark Coleman. With all due respect, the statement that Mark Coleman would still be champion if headbutts were allowed is total BS.
Love hearing these stories from these pioneers
Omg, bro! I've been meaning to touch base with you, try to get your opinion on this Jon Jones ducking Saga. Rickson was always the biggest motha ducker in MMA history, but I think he has been surpassed! Not only did Jon Jones only pass one test during USADA's era, and that was for the OSP fight where he looked like ass, but he refused to fight an older, much shorter Daniel Cormier while clean and/or at heavyweight! And now he refuses to fight Big Tom Aspinall, after cherry picking senior citizen Stipe, and says Aspinall has not achieved enoghywhile trying to fight Jamal FREAKIN' Hill! Have we EVER seen anything like this in MMA? HAVE WE EVER SEEN SUCH BLATANT COWARDICE ON DISPLAY? I cant what I'm seeing!! Would love your thougts. All the best, man! You guys are the best!

@LytesOutMMAHistory bro, I don't have instagram. I do have Twitter tho. Are you on that? Got to support Elon Musk and his fight for free speech 😈 It's amazing the parallels between Jon and Rickson tho. I guess when you are known as the best it gets to your head and you are afraid of getting beat. Fighting Stipe at nearly 45 years old is just mad 🤬
Send me an email
Styles make fights and some fighters just have that style that gives other fighters problems and would win 9 out of 10 fights. Like Holyfield having Tyson’s number is a good example.
For some reason, i also thought he fought Jason Delucia in the UFC, i was pretty sure he did, in a fight where Delucia got injured while being taken down i believe... Then upon checking his record it was actually Joe Slick and Not Joe Pardo
Those are 2 incredibly under appreciated and largely forgotten names Joe Slick was one tough SOB
@@LytesOutMMAHistory Absolutely bad ass, funnily enough his name could have also been his nickname lol He was relatively young back in the days. He sadly died in 2021 at 43.
Rorian the politician of the family..
Brilliant mind
In June of 2024 he was arrested for allegedly graping and beating his pregnant gf
The arrest pictures were difficult to look at
Hi Jou,im Manu from spain. I was your sparring in Torrance academy a couple times for your fight in ufc again Mike. May be you dont remember me.Nice know about you
I bought the DVD when you fought Luigi Fioravante Luigi talked about you in his interview with us
