What alternate universe are you living in. Too funny and sad. Get over the fact the moment Germany set foot into Poland the war was over. Germany's pre war production of munitions and whatever else grossly underestimated. The German Labor force could never keep up with the American worker. The United States could convert any manufacturing plant/factory and in a blink of an eye set it up for whatever needed. Germany's idea of a short war one of many mistakes from High Command. The United States while fighting a War in the Pacific as far north or south in that hemisphere that a human could go the United States with many more brilliant minds unlike the Mustache and his Three Stooges especially Rommel who faced nothing of value when Patton arrived Rommel was instantly and no pun intended out foxed. The German labor force was virtually non existent coupled with having to use forced child slave labor to piece together rockets that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. England and the US doing the same thing concerning Jet aircraft for example the US P-80 if needed could have seen action. Your jet aircaft suspect at best like Hitlers initial timetable going completely against reason aircraft not ready or converted for something else.
