I'm a ballet dancer too and when I have injuries or pains in my body I command them to be healed and pain to leave and it works! ❤ Believers in Christ have the Power and Authority to command sickness and pain to leave their body in Jesus name. Scriptures: “Luke 9:1 says, “ He called the twelve together and gave them Power and authority over all the demons and to heal all diseases.” Genesis 1: 26 Mathew 28: 18 -20 Romans 8: 9-11 “Authority is the capacity we have due to our position. I have the authority of God in me due to my union with Jesus Christ.” - Just thought I'd let you know ❤ There are a lot more scriptures on power, authority, and pray for the sick, and commanding life.

I don't think any brand can be summarized by one or two models within the lineup. Especially in the last decade where options have skyrocketed. Grishkos have the proflex shanks for people needing more rollthrough than their traditional 2007's as well as different paste options. Heck, they have some plastic shanked shoes now too. Suffolks have gone the other way and have now made a line up of Russian style shoes. Their original Solo shoes are hard as rocks through the box and don't seem reminiscent of the typically light Freeds to me. Bloch has shoes that aren't heavy through the metatarsal and deep crowned like the Hannahs or European Balances are.. For instance, the Serenade is popular with pros and is very narrow, high vamped, and shallow crowned comparatively. Someone else might find that a shoe you hated is perfect for their needs.

Of the MANY different kinds of pointe shoes I have tried, the only ones that fit my feet like a glove are the Russian Pointe Almaz, which of course has been discontinued. :/ I only dance recreationally and very little on pointe so it's not the end of the world, but still disappointing!

I love my Maya I's! They seem to be my dream shoe, the only problem I have is that they can be really hard to get. I've also tried Bloch Dramatica II's and Russian Pointe Rubin's with both the U and V vamps. I give the Maya's 4.5 out of 5 stars as well as I have a disappearing heel so they're a little baggy there, but that happens in most shoes for me. The Bloch Dramatica II's made my feet look great because the stretch satin hugged my disappearing heel, but that was the only positive for me. The were expensive and the stretch satin was a nightmare to sew, but the real kicker was that I don't think they lasted me even 5 hours of light barre work once a week and stored in a mesh bag. They broke really weird too. My teacher said she never saw a shoe break the way they did. 0 stars from me. The Russian Pointe Rubin's were okay. I liked the V vamp better than the U vamp as it felt more supportive, and they both lasted me a while. The main downside was that the heels would pop off during releve for several classes before they broke in, then I'd have a few good classes before the box would start getting too soft. I'd give the U vamp Rubin's a 3 out of 5 and the V vamp Rubin's a 3.5.

The problem is I'm grade 6 in ballet and the shoes my class uses are Bloch so I'm not sure how things would turn out for flexable feet if I had point shoes from this company?
