Great video but you miss one important part...and thats the cam stopper, a decompression mechanism, it must be intalled at left side of the rocker arm for light kick start during engine start up.

Is the cover that you put back on 1:15min of the video part of everyone of this carburetors? I've bought my scooter as second hand and this part is not there :(
