I am a littel afarid yet, concerning the depth of the Laser, Speccially when it is difficult to see where it goes, like in Pilonidal Cysts and fistulas...I am afraid to get deeper than expected/wanted. But it may be a nice option. Do you have any pre-clinical trials? tks

True Sir.. FAILURE Presents in a weeks time, passage of stool. I did 34 cases in two months time, one failed. Before the other which failed, was put into LAFT again, did well. It was a Complex tract. The Straight one was closed with LAFT, the curved one recurred. I put in a Seton , and plan for subsequent LAFT again. Thanks.

Hello how many did you do be-you got the right way of doing it and how many mistakes did you? Do you do it with spinal tab or ga. Does the patient have. A choice?

And you need tsnioe surgeon teacher what happens to the pat whenyou make a mistake?

Do consider the age and sexual behavior for organisms?

How long did it take you to learn and how many did you do?? Before have the skill?

Would you have it done and would you have it done by ga or by the anslild surgeon under anesthesia general or spinal? And why do you do it or you train a fellows or trainee without informing the patient to give consent?

Holep is excellent operation 2 weeks on I'm back to normal.. Nothing sinister going on.. Had op in UK and was very easy to get over . I totally recommend it for bph.. I suffered for years with retention of urine and running to the toilet in agony trying to pass.. I have no incontinence after no leaking and sex drive is the same and working .
