ProTip: Leave a portal next to it before you enter an arena - just in case you die and don't want to run there again (and possibly a few more agains). As for the instant kill in the arena against all the spell casters: Try to get some spell suppression onto your gear. Since you're on PC you have access to a very good economy - try to get fractured items with the locked implicit being spell suppression and craft that up to what you need. There are also some nodes on the passive tree. Spell suppression, if triggerd, reduces damage by 50% - which can be very helpful in confined maps where a bunch of trigger happy casters sends you a warm (or cold or chaotic) welcome. And you can get spell suppression close to 100%, making it a solid defensive mechanism.

Considering it's a free to play game - at some time you can decide whether you like it or not. And "paying" for the game by getting some stash tabs (especially when they're on sale) is (a) supporting the company that made this game and (b) also helping you with less clutter in the chest. The Map Tab and the Currency Tab go a long way in terms of making your life easier.

First time seeing your channel, first of all sorry you got another 3 weeks till poe 2 haha but apart from that i have to say it's very brave of you to go with a glass cannon deadeye as a first playthrough, this is usually a class for pro players who know all boss mechanics inside out. Curious how you got a 6 link haha pretty wild if you found that in the campaign. Make sure all res are 75 each going into maps because shits going to 1 shot you. Also look into getting a 5/6 link bow with artillery ballista, you can pop them down during boss fights and they will passively give you extra dps Also in the middle of your passive tree you have 2 wasted passive points you can refund

gj! in spite of all the deaths, doing the poe1 campaign first means you trained the most important skills in poe, that will transfer directly to poe2: quickly activating your health flask, and not quitting when you see a skill tree. One step at a time. 😎

Malenias rune is ass imo. Its mechanic is shit cos you will only regain the last boss hit. It’s window is also tiny. It’s better to just go for Margot’s rune and just have more hp that way. Best endure build for me is actually tanky curve sword. Thy don’t have good ashes anyway and do allot of hits with just jumping like a bunny after each endure…

The real “get off me” buttons are the thunderstorm AoW from the storm hawk axe, zamor ice storm AoW from the zamor curved sword, waves of darkness AoW which I recommend putting in a colosal sword like the gugs and if you have 12 faith then you can use the horn calling:storm AoW from the guy in ener ilim right before the Leda fight. And if in a 1v1 you can use the red bear hunt AoW from the red bear claw and also the rakshasa katana which has hyperarmor you are already useing

probs worth noting that ending yourself would not have freed your soul from Raphael anyway, even if you didn't become illithid. when you signed the contract you bound your soul to him, dead or alive. becoming an illithid was enough to free yourself as your soul stopped existing

Terrifying as this is… I asked a friend of mine who’s knowledgeable about the greater scope lore of DND, the forgotten realms and everything. Even with a Netherise artifact… there are many who can turn Raphael into a grease spot. It’s just a matter of how much carnage he causes till a higher power decides to smite him.

If you are minimalistic on the game, you can have it all. That is the cool thing about the game. I refuse to rafaphael and search for a solution wich was invade his home. I refuse contract with wyll and found his father and saved him The game show you dont need to accept what people say its the absolute truth you need to find your own your way. Build right your heroes them you can have it all. The only thing i did kill was the stupid detective celestial who i never liked so i could one of party members became an assassin of bhaal to help me in the fight.

I was with the Emperor throughout the entire game until he dropped the kill Paarthurnax quest on me Orpheus never did anything to me and we *were* exploiting his powers so I weren't going to let him get killed Luckily I stumbled into the House of Hope prior and got the hammer

I kinda liked the bittersweet ending, other than mr mindflayer joining the brain. I tried to romance the emperor, i was trying to keep him as he was, safe, and he just immediately left to the ultimate bad. sucked

I had the same ending the first time. I felt like I made all the worst choices possible and felt really bad… :p

This game is a large detailed illusion. However, the best magic tricks are illusions that appear so real you believe that it was actually magic. 2k + hrs, every achievement, 9 playthroughs with 2 on honor mode, I believe BG3 was magical. My favorite moment was one turning the dragon Azure out of the sky before they patch the ability to do it out of the game.

Strange. My opinions differ quite a bit (still love the game, one of, if not my favourite ever). This game is great gameplay wise but it fails at achieving immersion, at least for me. Characters: ummmm. No. It has been a question I have struggled to answer for so long, how do people love these characters so much when frankly to me, they're just kinda ok? I found the answer. Relatively, these characters are EASILY better than most characters in recent AAA games (which is why newcomers to the genre lose their shit over them), but compared to other CRPGs, these guys aren't amazing. Jaheira in Baldur's Gate 2 is still by far the best companion in the entire series and easily is better than all of the BG3 companions. BG3's companions lack verisimilitude in comparison. Their development comes at predestined plot points and can take place regardless of their activity in the game. If you've had a companion in your party the whole game, or if they have been in your camp not doing anything, they'll still go through their pre-written development. It feels unnatural. And the characters' situations and motives are not very relatable (except Shadowheart's). They also all actively seek to romance you which breaks immersion. They all want a piece of you, and saying maybe 2 or 3 things they agree with can immediately make them love you. It feels weird. I agree that they are very well integrated into the story though. Music: it feels overproduced. Usually if a game's OST is so good that you can listen to it on its own, then it likely doesn't work within the game well, and very much is true. Combat music is great, but the music that plays outside combat is too overdone. It's distracting. It's too complex and the textures are often too thick, and there is a lack of unity in them too. This causes the game to have no sense of atmosphere at all. Seriously. Play Skyrim, or Fallout, or Five Night's at Freddy's, or Baldur's Gate 1, or Borderlands and you'll notice that the background music feels like it's coming from your surroundings and it adds to the ambience, rather than overshadows it. Baldur's Gate 3 has ambience, but the overlapping music screws up any sense of atmosphere it gives. BG3 straight up has no sense of atmosphere at all. Every area ends up feeling generic and the same to some extent, despite all looking vastly different. The atmospheres between them don't differ because there is none. Atmopshere: I can't understand your stance, there is no atmospheric feeling to BG3. The sound design, visuals, and the other things you mentioned are on point, but what makes at atmosphere go from ok to great is background music, which BG3 fumbles on. Exploration is a gameplay quality that the game does really well, and I think its core design creates reason enough to want to explore rather than the atmosphere (which I still don't know how you think is 'amazing') but yeah. Combat: hard agree. It's simply amazing the depth it has. Pretty much everything gameplay related the game absolutely kills it. Writing-wise, I really don't think this game is that good in this category.

playing some pvp atm mate using this build im just getting destroyed by fucking condition build scrubs any advice ? seems like everyclass in the game is just using condition damage spamming one button and winning the game...

I really want to do this but leveling is taking me so long..Like I got bored of this game at lvl26 so I never got to do pvp, the main reason I bought the game lol x.x
