Droning along the windward shore of Oahu
Thank you for posting. For those of us that have loved ones on board, this is a great way to see them depart. Thank you so much
context would be helpful
thanks for the idea. context added.
Very nice !
👍
Very cool time lapse! Nice view of the port. Interesting "wobble" in the ship as they depart...
Busy busy! Wonderful place...
I cant find anywhere the Year of the first train like that
wow😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈
What was the remark about the "1625"?
WeatherNowTimmins Squak code
They switched from a runway combo of 16 & 11 to runways 16 & 25 due to a strong tail wind on the approach to 11. Calgary has weird wind at the best of times.
@@happycanayjian1582 Thanks for that information. It's a great video! My interest in ATC is FSS and ACC-IFR. My hometown has FSS radio for our local site, plus 2 RAAS sites. Our IFR Airspace is occasionally divided in half, between Northern Ontario and the south part of Northern Ontario. The nearest control tower is 6 hours away, Slt-Ste-Marie Ontario.
This plane carried Canadian military helicopters to Afghanistan. Then in 2014 it flew a 100+ ton boiler to Edmonton
Really..?? No vid
What is the policy on pilots wearing glasses in fast jets for the Canadian Air Force?
Id love to know this too
All must relish this video! Why did you make it?
Fantastic video! I just had the time of my life flying aboard the 225. I made some footage from the inside and would love to compile a youtube clip as a memory. Would you please allow me to use your footage in my film? It would blend perfectly with my scenes from the inside.
Howd u get in?😱
It's actually quite hard to maintain a stable position - and it was his first formation flight on a fighter :)
Beautiful tribute. Lest We Forget.
Sad to see that 2020 that we might never see this site ever again. No Tutor Snowbirds, No CF18 Hornet or Cf86 Saber! Great shot! Thanks!
What a nice speech:) I'd like to buy some brain to you, but not sure whether it'll help.
Third: so it was prolly an AN-124, the model from which the 225 is derived. Fourth: it happened 26 years ago, who, but you, would start an argument on such a trivial point? Fifth: thanks for the necropost, troll. Now, crawl back under your rock and STFU!
At first, there's only one AN-225 in the world. At second, the only AN-225 was built in 1988, so it cannot be seen flying in 1986.
congrulation for your flight,,,, thas a thing you need to do one time in a man life.....
Hi Dad! :)
@Historymaker2001 My guess is that its used as a FSS
My office is on the mile marker for RWY 34. I have a radio on my desk, these guys sound pretty familiar.
R.I.P. Jean Vallière . K.S.
awesome shots wont see that again anytime soon
@BuzzDyou This is the fourth AN-225 that has called in to this area. Usually they use the runway at LFWA - CFB Edmonton(formerly 18 Wing). The first time was in support of relief efforts for the Chernobyl nuclear disaster in 1986.
Great vid! Awesome equipment and professionals manning it!
excellent work, and solo no less! im getting there, but its nice to see someone already there for inspiration.
The gentleman that is flying the helicopter is the one with the british accent.
Loud!!!
Francophonie
I remember seeing on the Rick Mercier report where he got to fly with one of the officer's. The gentleman whose accent is a real hunk in my books!
it is safe to say that that plane is fairly large
That's some pretty impressive formation-flying. Nice video!
Yeah, excellent video. I have always wondered, how loud is it in the cockpit compared to the ground? It seems loud in the video but it's tough to gauge because.. it is a video :P. How were you able to do this anyway?
Probably one of the coolest jobs in the world.
nice hornets, eagles and falcons
Excellent vid brud, it's rare that Soviet craft fly into Canada, and even rarer that they fly in with the World's largest active aircraft. I'm glad you were able to capture it!! I find that telephoto gets shakey fast without a tripod/mount... Easier to shoot entirely with-out..can zoom in later with computer. Hope you're able to get the take-off
I saw this sitting at the air port last night.. HUGE
great vid, and good hand!..its better without music.. ive paid enough speeding tickets its about time 4 wing invites me too!!
Sweet.
Nice sunset flight! I wonder if HAWC has ever landed to assist at a scene. I remember STARS landing on Deerfoot one day a few years ago for an evac.
SUPER!
so your a cop!!!!
23NW!!! I've fueled that plane at red deer. It's a conquest.
