Omg... My dad has been taking it for about a month and just lost consciousness in the middle of a dinner at a restaurant! He's in the ER right now... I was slapping his face as hard as I could, and he wasn't waking up for about 3 minutes. Then he vomitted on the way to ER. you probably had violent side effects because you had gummy‘s right after taking it. You really supposed to have a lot of protein in your system and hydrated with electrolytes before you even take your first shot. I really wish people would understand that. You basically have to be on a keto diet and there’s absolutely no cheating and if you do cheat, you will get very sick
