Salam brother, I have a few questions: 1. Is the app a paid app or a subscription? 2. If there is no wifi or it loses it's electricity supply, does it still work and self adjust or would I have to re-adjust it when it reconnects to the wifi or electricity supply? 4. Is the volume adjustable to a comfortable decibel or is it very loud even when low 5. My old azaan clock works but it's Azaan gets distorted at places- I've had it since 2019. I bought it for less than £50.The guarantee seeme to be very little and it is itself very expensive- how much are the chances for it to be lasting atleast longer than my current clock

@@Doesitevenmatter-q4jit’s a one time buy. There is no app. It functions like a tablet with everything customized. Takes usb even. Has a few lectures, Islamic radio, kids bedtime stories, masjid live streaming.

Iqama only works if you put in you local Masjid. Otherwise you get Athan.

It does adjust on its own.

The fact it only comes with 3 months warranty is worrying at best, it should be at least a year and shows how much faith the company has in the reliability of their product. Had this been a more comprehensive warranty I would definitely purchase one.
I am not a paid sponsor. I purchased my MasjidAl Athan Frame more than years ago and Alhamdulillah it’s still playing the Athan 5 times per day.

Yes, you can lower the volume in the settings or while the Athan is playing (top left). Ameen to your beautiful dua.

Assalamualaikum Can you use it without the plug, does it have a built in battery. Is it portable like in your car or while travelling with a battery
Salaam, as a Masjidal team member I can gladly tell you that the Athan Frame by Masjidal does have a built in battery. Unfortunately the battery will only last about an hour off charge so we recommend keeping the device plugged in at all times. The device will never need to be powered off, it will always be powered on.
Does it show outside temperature?
It does now. Updates happen every so often. That was one of those updates.
For some reason I can’t get the keyboard on so I can enter my WiFi info 😅
What are the contents for the kids? Does it have advertisements?
Salaam, As a member of the Masjidal team I am happy to tell you that we provide bed time stories for kids that cover all the prophet stories!! Our Athan Frame as well as our mobile app does NOT have any advertisements.

Salaam, as a team member of Masjidal I am happy to tell you that our Athan Frame does display Athan timings for all 5 prayers!!

@@withlovemavera The display will stay on, you will never have to turn the device off. We do have an option in settings for Night time where you can schedule when the device screen will dim at night. The Athan will still play as usual!!

The editing on this is awesome, great turn around time too. Had I known ahead of time, I would have given you my clips too. This is plenty amazing. If so, can you adjust different volume levels for different features? In example, to have the athaan on a high volume level than duaa? JazakAllah khair!

Salam. If the mosque nearby is not available to select and you select an organization such as ICNA, will that automatically update the time?
It does have an option to be setup without a masjid using the current location and calculation method such as isna to get the timings automatically.
The settings allow you to base your Salat times on your location as well.

Sorry for the late response! It has been extremely reliable and has had multiple updates since my review. There were some very innovative elements added during Ramadan, such as Iftar countdowns, duas during the 3 Ashra's, "Deed of the Day", and a lovely Ramadan Kareem screen that showed up. You can now also listen to Quran on the Athan Frame through a new software update as well. It has only gotten better with time Alhamdulillah.

Is there a way to broadcast audio/video of programs happening live at Islamic foundation over the Masjidal platform so the folks who have this device at home can listen/watch live?
There are ways for that to be broadcast and those are in the pipeline from what I have heard. Many updates have already happened that have added a lot of value to this Athan Frame Mashallah.

I actually find it not loud enough. Hence I am trying to figure out how to hook it up with a Google Home Mini before buying a Google Max speaker. Overall though it's a great product mashaAllah.
@@hausafilmstv that makes two of us who didn't find its volume as loud as can be said of standard. I was replied that blue tooth speaker can be a good fix to those who need louder volume.
