With this weight this is more of a mobility exercise than a resistance exercise
@@randx9453 everyone’s goals and needs in the gym are different! What works for a resistance exercise for one person will feel completely different in another body. Additionally, sometimes stepping back and doing light weights for mobility is needed when you know your body and where it injuries easily. :)
