Very helpful video! I finally understood chi-square in a "language" I can understand. And I'd like to ask the same question as the others did: Why aren't you making more videos? You're an effective instructor! Can we please expect more tutorials soon?

12:53 13:40 Chi-square tests are for categorical variables. There are different Chi-square tests. Commonly used ones are: 1) Test of Independence, and 2) Goodness of Fit. 1) Test of Independence: tests whether two categories variables influence each other. 2) Goodness of fit: compares a categorical variable in your sample to a known or hypothesized value (e.g. population)

how about the t-value in regression what does it mean if the t-value for the independent variable is greater than 1?

A few steps seem to be missing, namely how to calculate the expected values, and how to get from the chi squared value to a P value. But other than that, it was a very nice video.

From this video, what's the difference between Independent Samples t-test and One-Sample t-test? Independent Samples t-test: Test the mean of two independent groups One-Sample t-test: Test the mean of one group against a set mean The set mean of 100 people is just a group. So what's the difference between these two types of t-test?
