Anatomy is by far the most voluminous of the Preclinical subjects. How do you take history for a deaf and dumb patient when there is no interpreter
This is a particularly challenging situations Taking history from challenged individuals However you can take a few clues 1) These person would likely come along with a caregiver/relative that can help you with some history 2) Thoroughly detailed physical examinations 3) Non verbal clues are also helpful in this situations

Thank you Dr. Peter, av been thinking about this sometimes now; am concerned about how climate change is influencing the spread of this with North east as case srudy. I might not cover the whole north east, but I can cover Maiduguri since that's where my med school is located... Over time I can have the resources to cover the whole north east...
