Jesus you made it hard for yourself only starting with $5mil. I start with 50mill. This is enough to do the basic money making at the start. That is, two large farms selling eggs and frozen meat with training up high. The reason why is this is a Livestock Product. This means you need NO tech to make it 100% quality. All you need is high training in the farm and sales. Then as you sell, the quality goes up as long as the training is set to high in both farms. Next is to then open your own supermarket. Put the farms to internal only, sell to your supermarket really cheaply. Then when at the supermarket put the price for each down to about 50cents. This will cause demand to sky rocket. You'll make lots of sales and your quality will increase quickly. Put on Ranged Branding so then you only have to advertise one of the products and then it will affect all those livestock products. As you see your overal rating will be larger than the cities you can start bumping the price up of each stock and then you'll get a nice, steady, small profit to keep you afloat. Once you have enough profit, open another supermarket on the same map. Eventually open about 3-4 all from the two farms. If the other supermarkets are struggling to sell just put price down to 50 cents again to create demand, then raise them. Its how I start every game to give me some cash at the start.

I really want to learn this game, I think this is the best enjoyable simulation game to play on free time while getting some valuable knowledge.
