      @KingKaiOfficial44 15 дней назад

      @@MichaelJ-u6n Thank you! After training I'll usually watch instructionals on whatever I felt like I didn't do well in training. I watch a lot of danaher and Craig Jones power pins for dominant positions and for leg locks its probably going to be Junny, Levi Leary or Lachlan. But danaher and Gordon are probably the best guys to learn from in general in my opinion

    The foam pad mats in every BJJ/judo gym were invented in the 1960s. This alone, allows you to take many of the falls that you take in the way that you’ve trained. But remove that 1 1/2 to 2 inches of foam, and do the same exact thing on bare concrete or dirt. Taking the slam with a break fall, without any posting, might be the right move in this situation, but it may also not be always the wisest given zero padding. Would you rather have a broken elbow, broken wrist, or a broken skull with a subdural hematoma? You can say, well if you are hitting your head, then you just didn't learn to fall right. But that doesn't reflect the 12 years of experience I've had taking these falls.

      @@theunkownguy5574 sometimes it's not wrong to post your hand, even if it breaks. Better than breaking your skull or your face and teeth on the concrete. That's all.

      Nah, it's competition, and I don't think the guy in black did anything to risky. The guy in blue unfortunately didn't fall correctly, shouldn't have posted with that arm. Hope he makes a speedy recovery.

      Tiene sentido. Creo que aún podemos ser más inclusivos. Por ejemplo, como los de wrestling no saben defenderse de estrangulaciones o llaves, los de Jiu-Jitsu debían evitar aplicar esas técnicas.

    It takes a lot of drilling to get rid of your natural bad reactions. You're going down, so get ready for the ride. You ain't stopping that with your arm. I hope he's okay and makes full recovery. Back on the mats competing!
