I just wish brainless monkeys didn't watch stuff like this and then try to emulate it in pug 8s with zero skill or coordination, or think that these specs are absolutely required for pug 10-15s.

This is the best Dev evoker has ever been since its release, and yet again we are just under the shadow of Augmentation in high keys. Dev will forever be underplayed at the high end unless some major changes happen
And havoc is unplayable again because its a vdh meta again. Holy and disc arent meta because shadow is good. Balance, feral, and guardian arent played because its a resto druid meta. It is what it is homie. The meta is the meta. Dev still rips and is probably the best raid dps spec. Definitely viable well into title range keys.

It'd either need to be gutted pretty bad or dev would need some more utility give dev the 4% hp and obsidian scales and maybe instead vers, give a party haste or crit and then dev might be played more. Oh and give pyre a knock up xdd
