I had my stroke in January, I have always said I wouldn't believe I couldn't get better. I have continued speech therapy even there was a gap in my insurance. Yes, sometimes I think I hit that that mythical plateau, but this gave me some hope. Also, I looked at the post for tella-communicating(??) since I live in the boonies, and there are not a lot of local support groups in this area.

After 2 years of therapy, my speech therapist told me last week that I reached a plateau. She said my recovery will be much slower now. So I'm finishing therapy.

I would like to translate it into spanish. Are you interested?
