A few hypothetical corrections: Saudi Arabia and Egypt would not declare war on Israel like that. The Saudis would also never be on the same side of a war as Iran. Turkey is in NATO and would at least be obligated to join when Russia invades... And I suspect they would and I doubt there'd be much internal strife based on that (except via the Kurds). The Russian front with NATO would include the Belarusian front against the Baltics, and the heaviest fighting would be at the Suwalki Gap. You don't provide dates, but in the time scales that this would go, I don't think the numbers would be as you state them, unless China is contributing a lot to the European front. The EU has a population nearly 5 times that of Russia, and most of them are involved here.... In total war the mobilized forces on the European side would be much higher than anything Russia could muster unlike what you show which is three fronts where Russia has numerical superiority. Azerbaijan would enter the war most likely on the NATO side if not early against Armenia, and with Turkey's help. If they joined Georgia they could head up the sea into Dagestan and fight them and Chechnya, although they have quite a large numerical superiority as well especially if Turkey is involved on that front. I'm honestly not sure that Dagestan wouldn't flip sides at that point... it'd be a tough sell after all this shit to get them to fight under Kadyrov if I had to guess. Anyway... a few notes for you off the top of my head. I think you kind of forgot about navies too....
