It's one of the more toxic and annoying things about fandom. A show or movie etc writes a character well, makes you care about them emotionally, gets a fantastic ending, and then add years of nostalgia to that and the fandom goes oh well now we have to care about how powerful the character is. They're strong, they're the greatest of all time. Stop saying they're weak. Rey's 1000 times stronger than Kannan. That means literally nothing. He's a good character and she isn't. Same kind of problem exists with Iroh in ATLA. The show creators say Ozai is the strongest bender, Iroh says he doesn't know if he can beat Ozai, but the fandom says no I like this character and since they're so power fantasy obsessed they say oh well then Iroh's the strongest. Also happens with every comic book character ever "when blank stops holding back" "blank puts blank in their place" "blank shows his true power", it's all over youtube.

It’s not mentioned often unless you a serious Star Wars scholar but Kreia once said in kotor 2, she could heal her sight but then it be distracting. The force can heal many wounds but Disney did it wrong. Its presentation was lacking and zero build up.
