Ask your neighbor to install a French drain down toward the road and offer to pay for half of it. If they aren't in the talkative mood, you could suggest a civil lawsuit as a possibility to figure it out in court, as they are liable for property damage if their modifications alter runoff in a way that negatively affects your property. I would suggest to install one on your property, but that pole makes that impossible. It would have to be on the side of the fence facing their property.

It runs into my yard, which is two or more inches or is it feet ? Looks like a rainwater runoff pond over my cement block protection and filling my yard.

They both walked away without injury. The one guy driving the gray Jeep seem to have hurt his leg but he was standing there in the blue hoodie okay. The female driver of the black Jeep didn't appear to need any medical help. I saw her walk away as well. That's a very dangerous place, people need to be a little more cautious and slow down.

All First Responders in Loganville are pretty good have not had a problem with anybody infringing upon my rights I do not speak to officers in the middle of an investigation I do not speak to people who are involved in accidents during the course of the investigation but if after the investigation is complete someone comes to me and ask me a question I will answer them the best to my knowledge and I can inform them on certain things that I might know but for the most part Loganville is a very good town when it comes to those things

My last comment was directed to when they are actually in the middle of a traffic stop that is usually when the problems begin. I hope that if you're going to cover Loganville you also cover that part of it and the panhandlers and illegal aliens that we have here that have descended upon us.

Let us know if the LPD tries to infringe on your right to video and record them in their active duty. I don't think LBD would try that but if they do I know someone with hundreds of thousands of followers that would make life miserable for anyone in this country that tries to infringe on your rights. Especially municipalities

A tragic accident.

Quite a historical loss I would think. What is the city thinking of? Historical sites should not be destroyed and for what? What most citizens don’t want.

Genuinely comfused on why the municipality havent installed a proper storm water system if this is a reoccurring issue that needs to be dealt with?
