@Jojocrosses that's sweet of you to ask!! It's DA-6952-7127-1347. I love hearing your thoughts on your designs so it's also super fun for me that we're doing similar things at the same time! My villagers are a hodge-podge of ones I like because I wanted every personality type and expected this to be a year-round island I'd take my time with. I zoomed through instead hahaha it was so fun! Villager houses and my home aren't decorated, so don't worry about going in. I need to decorate my house soon so the villagers stop coming over and roasting me for the fact that it's empty XD

Omg your island sounds fantastic!!! If you ever open it to let people see it let me know!!! I love the thought of the characters being based on real life actors. I’ve always known of Marlo and Marlon Brando one of them is also supposed to be Marilyn Monroe I think right? I plan on lots of villagers coming and going on my forever island too! So far I’ve mostly concentrated on nook mile achievements and little builds here and there. I don’t really think it’ll ever be finished though since I can change it based on seasons and things. The “20 acre island” isn’t a term I’d heard before so I’m glad you said that!!! I’m going to see if I can find any others that have done it. You are right though. Picking colors or some similarities to allow it to blend would be a great idea!! Thank you!!!

@ there is a RUclipsr called “itsmecarraleigh” and this is where I learned about the 20 acre method. They’re currently working on a winter fun-derland version island via this method, but they also recently completed another island doing this method. They have lots of videos on their island updates. Monique is the Marilyn Monroe-cat. She would be good to have on my island also. I do love the Snootys.

Butterflies are pretty from a distance until they land on you and you realize they have those little legs and beedy eyes. Lol. 😅 you’re not weird. I am leaning toward the patchwork island but I kind of want to see how Fleurs manages on hers and how she blends them. We shall see!!! I’m almost done IRL with my fairycore island though so I really need to figure it out. 🤔🥰

Yes it is a very "pretty" design. I do think when I am doing it though, it starts to blend together and all look the same. LOL But..it is very spring and happy and I love that about it, especially during this dreary winter we have right now!! Have a wonderful day!

@@nancyenjay7966 thank you again. That’s awesome we’re kind of working in tandem. Oh I’ll never really get burned out on animal crossing!! It’s more just one theme. I love the fairycore but it all does seem to blur together. I think on Citycore you can have a lot more different looking areas so it really could be interesting. I’m not the best as making buildings though and that is important in Citycore. Also I love the flowers and trees and there aren’t that many in Citycore so I think I’d miss those. But I know I can work them in. I still may try it. But I will need to plan a lot more for it!! It’s funny but I always have in my mind what I think the builds in fairycore should look like and at the end it is usually quite different. Lol. This game can be frustrating with spacing and fitting things but I still really love it! 😍

Maybe HHP could be a place to try some things. Only bummer there is you cannot terraform so creating buildings would be hard. I’m glad you tried it out. At least you know… as far as the struggle, it happens SO MUCH MORE than is shown on video so please know I’m a mere mortal too. lol. I really appreciate your input. It helps so much!! Also if you ever share your island DA let me know. I’d love to come get ideas no matter which “core” it is. 🥰

But I try to keep it family clean. I may slip though from time to time. Yes. My island is no rivendell but that is my favorite parts of lord of the rings- all the fairies and lore with it. @@nancyenjay7966 so you have to give Niko the items to progress but I just give the bare minimum. You do not need the diy to use the pillars from a TI. If you have them the game will let you place them. As far as the date yes I do keep resetting. A few things that will be affected if you time travel backwards. If you’ve watered flowers they’ll no longer be watered. If you have a villager in boxes they will be autofilled. If you have a campsite villager that day they will be gone. Flowers can grow crazy. Those are the things I’ve seen but I’m just careful about making sure not to time travel if any of those things are going on. Good luck with everything!! I would always put them up front! On the HHP I think I would cozy up there too!! I like to make them how I’d want them. Sometimes I wish we had similar ones in real life!!! 💗

@@christinebarbato6845 I’m trying to replace each villager with a like personality if they ask to leave. But yes I plan on changing them up over time. Especially as holidays come around or if I do end up changing the villager personality. 😉 Plus I want to have fun with each villager and try to personalize it to them. 💗

@@nancyenjay7966 well in the beginning I used a treasure island to get the fruit and grabbed 1 stack of gold. But that was it. I never did use the gold. It’s still in my storage. I play a lot when CJ and Flick are there and store up all my fish and bugs until they arrive. That is the main way I’ve been able to progress. And I play A LOT!! Also this is probably my 15 th island and I know exactly what Isabelle wants for 3 stars so I just try to meet all of her requirements as early as I can. This one actually took me much longer than usual. I love the fabric I found too. It’s cute and country ish - my fave is cottage core so I tend to lean that way. If you need help with anything let me know!! 😘
