Does the body clear the fans? I'm running the same heatsink with a basher bodies dirty slayer and the back doesn't clip. I'm trying to decide if I should trim the body or if there is another solution.

Very good info in here i found this very helpfull. Ive been shimming my gears tight for a long time aswell in other trucks. i would say perfect other than one thing i would suggest. Try shimming the spider gears but dont add the fluid yet( as you will need to reopen it to remove the outdrive) then test fit the ring and pinion gears and as much of a pain as it is put the ring shims between the bearing and ring gear so that you dont have to crumple the shims jamming them in between the bearing and case. One potential work around could be to cut the shim so it can be bent open enough to fit it over the outdrive shaft between the ring gear and bearing race without pulling the outdrive out.

There is no better I’m absolutely in love with this truck iv had 5 total from the first release to EXB rtr im just in awe I love how Arrma listened to there customers and made correct adjustments very impressed and to answer the big question I get a lot witch do u prefer this or the 08 exb it’s all what u like I love big power that stays planted the weight is perfect for the size and width no it’s not meant for skate park bashing no 5th or 6th scale is but track and street is a play land for this monster enjoy brothers!

I'm just finding your channel. This was a very fun video. I'll have to subscribe. I think all RCs are awesome and fun and whatever you enjoy you should buy. But I was glad to see another person discovering how durable (most) Traxxas products are. Granted the Maxx, the Maxx Slash, and the Xmaxx are probably the very toughest but my Slash, Rustler, and Stampede rarely break as well. I'll watch more, thanks for the great entertainment.

Easy pick bro Kraton 8 all day I have both I’m not a xrt at all the k8 is perfectly balanced and a blast out of the box the Xmaxx is the king of bash after 1500 invested

I got my EXB today, drove for like 20 minutes and the output from the right rear diff broke. Really annoying cause now i gotta wait a week for new ones.

Hands down, XRT !!! I bought the green ultimate and upgraded to aluminum bulkheads. max6 esc. And a couple other small aluminum parts. It runs fantastic. I love it.

Awesome brother! I got through 6 packs on my outcast 8s EXB RTR and same issue on the front bulkhead screws! That lip at the front of the chassis is normal man 🤙🏽 Let me know if you decide to go vitavon bulkheads - I’m just replacing with stock for now but getting upgraded hinge pins and blocks Send itttttttt 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

All EXB should have the 1100 mA batteries longer run time and more durable casing
