You know i will tell you the real truth its all happening to workers because of companies not by the qatar government qatar government always support workers and they make rules also for workers they care about the workers rights but problem is some companies like lets talk about company change process in qatar at this time my one friend try to change company but his company is playing game with him that is noc he already finished 5 years in that company and he wants to change company but old company not giving noc and new company asking for Noc now he is frustrated because he already resigned from job to going new company but at the end old company refused to give NOC too much politics companies are playing k don't know this type of plan comes from top level management or middle level management but its so dangerous for workers it is like a trap 🪤 you know you can't do anything stay and watch and tell to family hopeful words and pray to god to save from evil mindset people

Qatar gov probably pay the money for the job, but company dont pay for workers as this company is from india where is no normal law. These people should ask theyr company where are the money and not work the second you did not payd.

Qataries must be poor in a way to spend on these foreign administration they hire uphold the law of their own country. I know of no wise person who would spend high facilities for their incompetent government administratives to steal from poor labours. Most of them are private companies looting this money to their own countries.govenment companies pays well and facilitate highly.

I was terminated without a QID, mobile phone connection, passport, after working for one company for 9 years. Labors department said I have to go to the qaurentien area court if to log a complaint. I was held in company accomodation for one month blackmailing not to pay money or exit permits. Then they took me to police to put me out of accommodation. Police ordered me to live the accomodation. I was abandoned with no identity medical or place to live, or the right to work for a living. After conducting court cases on my own hence there was no help from any authorities or NGOs, I got a kidney failure by living without AC in the summer. While I was trying to obtain medical rights for my condition, the CID put me in jail for 34 days without any treatment and sent me home over a false COVID test hence I got my lawyer connected to practice my rights. I'm home in SL without a single possession including case documents, all professional and other certificates from my birth certificate. Can't apply for any job, lost Qr.160,000/= plus and my identity for my own home country. Still living as nobody in my own country by now.
