Thatsa headcut. It is eroding upstream. 😂
maybe they are at lunch and will clean up after they get back
45 seconds in will answer this question.
I bet you also went with the cheaper guys and then want to complain
What idiot installs 2 deadbolts and no handle on a door ?
The biggest part of the problem why job sites typically end up messy is because the general contractor didn't provide a dumpster to save a buck on their end therefore the subs leave the trash. If it's a good size job, whoever contracted it should provide a dumpster and have it equated in the cost of the job. Simple math and your subs are more likely to clean up after themselves
There was a dumpster , he pointed it out
@@danthecarpenterman9463 My mistake then. I guess you can tell I wasn't really paying that much attention to the video. But as an HVAC tradesman of 25 years, that is a big thing I see causing messiness on job sites, but realistically most job sites I see even ones for multi-million dollar homes tend to be quite messy sometimes throughout the process of construction. In this day and age it's more common than not. My biggest woes are having to work around stacks of wood flooring and trim along with other subs materials piled up in areas I might have to work in. Although there are some contractors we have that are very meticulous about keeping their jobs clean and we usually comply with them as long as we retain a certain level of respect between each other. In the case of this video, I would say that maybe it's just that the subs don't have respect or they're just not aware that a higher level of cleanliness was expected of them. Either way I would just say nip it in the bud as soon as possible if it bothers you that much.
@@johnnybaggins777 yeah I have an apprentice clean the job at the end of every day and if other trades have their shit everywhere I’ll have him put it all to the side . That’s how material gets damaged and it’s a safety liability. Not to mention customer usually show up after hours when everyone is gone to walk the job . Not a good look to have a mess
Gary works twice as fast and Jeff but leaves the jobsite messy. Fire Gary.
Except he doesnt
2 times the accidents because of tripping over the mess. Then the end it a o I didn't see that there . O I missed that. Wonder why
As a flooring guy I would be piiisssed if I showed up to that bs. Most bosses would reschedule so those guys can clean their shit up. Always gotta think about the next trades.
For those that dont know this man is mr george 😂
The main purpose of this video is for training how to run a jobsite and what not to let slide as a manager. As most experienced people will know; this jobsite some would considered standard. With me owning the company, this is an example of what not to do. This jobsite was cleaned up within 2 hours of being found Monday morning. A pair of lost keys was also found, funny how a clean jobsite finds the lost tools. With this size of job a 2 man crew was what it required. One to do skilled labor one to assist with the easier work and keeping things clean.
Today on another episode of: lazy white collar cries about a perfectly reasonable job site. Yes some stuff is weird, that because its a work in progress. Id terminate our contract if i had a client like this clown come through and whine about crap like this.
Vary unprofessional. I would fire him or them .me .
I told all my apprentices to spend a half hour at the end of each day cleaning up. Problem solved. Every client appreciates it. You wont lose products or tools. This is called lazy. Not the end of the world but every company or person can have standards.
That’s not that bad and it’s a work in progress. Cool your jets buddy. I can tell he’s a guy that doesn’t do the actual work just micro management.
Border busters " pro scammers don't hire them!
100% agree with you. He is the kinda person who would find dirt on the coworker who worked the fastest and try to get him fired.
Left it like that on Friday. Show laziness , no way around it.
That drives me nuts. Takes longer to find tools, is a safety hazard..and above all does not look professional when your client shows up!
