Like you said, drinking tea, doing yoga, facial routine, and breakfast is soooo overwhelming. It’s gotten to the point to where I lay in the bed til the last minute. Arrive to work late, attitude pissy. I just can’t live like this anymore. I’m going to take it tonight. You truly inspired me w the 5 month update. I’m so scared but I’m more tired of this cloud being over my head

Nurse here, quick question. I know you said you take the liquid form of zoloft but did they mention that you can crush zoloft and take it with apple sauce? This is the way my patients with dysphagia take it

My daughter just started taking it, 2 weeks in, she said it is life changing and she had just always accepted that life is dull and crap. But now she is like a different person.

I've sat in my bed all day long, crippled by my brain, my struggles, my fears, searching for a video that would make it better. I'm so very glad I clicked on yours. I can relate to you in so many ways, not to mention I'm a girl in my 20s with trauma and fears of abandonment. I've recently come to terms with the fact that my overwhelming emotions has become too debilitating and I'm finally ready to take the SSRI on my counter lol. .Aleesha, please excuse the bluntness, I specialise in autism research, i myself am an autistic female, and i can spot it on others very easily. Dont count me on this 100%. The way you express yourself is very very much like me... I really have to think before i speak because i cant process words well and struggle to speak fluent sentences without needing to take breaks where i break eye contact, because i cant look at something while thinking because it puts me off. I notice little quirks in your mannerisms and i can see you struggle to look directly at the camera for longer than 5 seconds. .. dont worry, i only notice this because i am very highly tuned to this, others probably wont notice. I hole you do not mind me saying this and like i said dont count me in it 100%. I have watched some of your videos and I think you are a really kind person with a good heart. Stay blessed ❤
