Yes I am very familiar with the trails there. This one is very easy to access. It's called Lao Wei and there are different segments like Burger Time. You can just enter it here: maps.app.goo.gl/qdLEfwXHNULUhdLG8 There are a lot of trails in there, so kind of have to know where you want to go. But you can easily use strava and find others riding there.

Cool video! Are there any trails you can recommend in the Taipei area? I went down Ski Lift Sec 7 today but seemed like it was more of a hiking trail
There are no official biking trails in Taiwan. Skilift is all on hiking trails, some short parts even on cobblestone. It's a bit tricky to find the exact route. But 543 are in general quite fun to ride.
