I had to break up with my ex back in August because of these feelings. I knew I was holding her back towards her being happy. I knew I needed the time to be alone and deal with these feelings. I'm still dealing with them and my ex is now dating someone I know. From what I am told she is happy and that was all I wanted to give to her but the fear of failing in life had made me felt like I was a fraud. It hurts to let her go but it was for the best for the both of us. watching these videos about this is very helpful because we get confused on why is this keep happening to me and feels like GOD is punishing me and I dont know why. This is a battle for the minds and Will everyday and I am trying my best to win each day but I am slowing losing a piece of somewhat of my soul.

Yep, i'm done. The only good thing about me is that there is something like a circuit breaker in my conscience if i come close to ending the misery. I think about it everyday and have resigned to the fact that i am just here to endure the torture that life has taught me to bring upon myself.
