Join me on my Oklahoma Adventures, Kayaking, and various goofy antics! I started this channel exclusively for kayaking content, but I’ve realized I’m more than just a Kayaker!! I have many goofy and stupid adventures that I document and love to share with the world and my friends, so I am now “Adventures of Cal Chando“. I am still an avid kayaker documenting my exploration of Oklahoma lakes and rivers as well as awesome attractions and sites in and around Oklahoma, as well as my biking & scooter rides. Most of my videos will be 2-6 minutes long so you can enjoy the best scenes and action in a reasonable time! Scooter Tour of Lake Stanley Draper (West Side), Midwest City, Oklahoma
Join me on a scooter tour around the west shores of Lake Stanley Draper in Midwest City Oklahoma! I only have a mid-range scooter lol so I avoided the east side of the lake that has some pretty significant hills that are a challenge for even some of the fittest bike riders. I would have been walking a drained battery scooter the last 2-3 miles of the 14 mile trek around the full lake! This Lake is now one of the hidden gems in the OKC Metro area as it has a full system of bike and walking trails all the way around the lake as well as camping facilities, off-road bike trails, and even in RC airplane flying area! The crew from @InscoesAdventures goes boating with @AdventuresofCalChando out at Lake Thunderbird near Norman, Oklahoma! We spent a few hours swimming around the pontoon having a time of our lives! Mark earned an Olympic Die-Cast Medal for the Deepest Dive of the Day! (about 6-inches as best we could tell !) 😜😂😂😂

This Thanksgiving we did away with the young adult/children’s table and all gathered around the big “adult table“. For most of them, this was the very first time they had ever been at the adult table lol, so I interviewed them to get their reactions about the adult conversations at the adult table versus the conversations at the children’s table and their reactions are priceless and hilarious!

I took this footage in NOV 2020 shortly after a devastating ice storm hit Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Just a few days before the ice storm hit, this area was still full of leaves and lush.
