Just curious..how many deliveries did you have when deactivated? Im wonderinh if they are cuting us off at a certain number.

The vets know how to work around it if they give u a 10$ gig choose it they need deliveries to be made that’s y u got deactivated its a company they need shipments out and the employees flag u too you aren’t being a good contractor period that’s like u telling them if it isn’t big money im canceling orders n Walmart like oh yea u know what my product is more important their losing customers n lots of money by u not taking orders

They did the same to me and am in northern cali too. The same about 3 days before Christmas for no reason and it sucked because I didn’t get to make no holiday money!

Ohhh please cry me a river!!!! You and soooo many other people are codependent on these apps. Plenty of real jobs out there. Please post a video when there are no more delivery apps out there. So glad people are speaking out! I as well was deactivated according to them I had things on my background that they didn't specify, when I went to research it apparently it stated that I had a ticket for driving on the wrong side of the road- I did the 2nd appeal because there is no merit to that at all. I am 52, I haven't had any ticket or any kind in over 25 years so like wth are they even talking about! The 2nd appeal said they investigated it, nothing changed and the deactivation stands. Sent a copy of DMV record proving it was a false allegation and never heard a word back. Mind you I had already been sparking for 3 months, was out sparking, app glitched, reset it to find I had been given the boot! We need to get to the bottom of it and take action!

You guys really need to stop being acting like Walmart cares about anyone 😂 1:12 . I was deactivated because of a simple task to verify my face and DL and took me almost 1 month to get reactivated. These apps don’t care about u just money. Im also a single father but you always have to have a plan B C D Etc ready. Good luck Dads

At this point, I think they are just picking random reasons for deactivating people. It’s ridiculous.

They deactivated me for the exact same (supposedly reason). They claimed someone said i threatened them. Woww what garbage! In Wisconsin

I was deactivated yesterday for an unclear rear license picture. OG top earner, I didn't take the trash. Oh well, I pray you are blessed in the short time we have left here, amen.

Same thing on my end deactivated no reason haven't even have human contact have called and the run around get a notification of don't send multiple appeals or it we delay process bunch of bs only entered one appeal just gave up on them it's so wrong of them hope they get sued for there bs....

At least you got a reason. All I got was "violation of community standards". Never was told what standard was violated or how. All of my stats were high, including an acceptance rate over 80%. No emails, no warning. Worked one day, deactivated the next. Have filed several unsuccessful appeals. How are you supposed to appeal what you have no idea what you're accused of?

I studied Computer Forensics in college. Clean driving record. Clean background. I worked for a school previously so I can even clear the child abuse background check.

We need to create a Class action lawsuit against their deactivation process. People need to work.

I was deactivated for entering the home of a customer. My ratings are the same as yours. I was helping an elderly lady by taking her groceries in her home. She had an oxygen tank on. The living home she was in required an access code. So I took a cart from the lobby upstairs. I took the groceries inside. I don't know about you but they wanted me to leave the groceries outside and take a photo. Their target audience is elderly so they need to stop being corporate retards and let the drivers help people.

I hope you get back on. Your metrics are great and should be taken into account. They need a transparency law that requires companies to disclose full details of deactivation.

I will say a prayer for you. It's horrible that they can't be more transparent. None of us stands a chance. I don't get how they deactivate people, not cheating or scamming, and yet I am constantly seeing other people with multiple phones and in groups. Makes no sense to me

This is not only happening with Walmart. Banks are doing the same thing. By the way, Walmart is not family-friendly or care about people.

at my local walmart here in socal LA area they deactivated like 4 drivers including me too. appealed and they denied my claim too, i filed for an arbitration but don't have my hopes up.

Could be something to do with the law suit

Hey I’m in New Jersey. I used to work pretty much all day until closing with short breaks. Never any issues or complaints. I got deactivated Christmas Eve because they said there was an issue with my ID Verification. I wasn’t surprised because I knew of others that got deactivated for no reason. I asked for a review and it was upheld. They purged their system of drivers when they don’t need them.

Something happened 2 me spark ask me to upload my new i.d last thrusday then Friday I got kick off for no reason at all idk wtf is going with them
