MX90 Cardio Workout
Here is a simple (not easy) cardio work out that you can do with no special equipment necessary
Named the MX90 it involves 2 set of
- 15 repetitions of mountain climbers
- 15 repetitions of dynamic squats
- 15 repetitions of burp's
This workout session involves strength from the lower body such as Quadriceps (thighs), Glutes and abdominal muscles. Upper body such as the back, shoulders and arms are also used to help stabilise the body.
Performed in a continuous (no rest) exercise, it is sure to get the heart-rate well above the higher intensity levels.
