      Thanks and watching and keep watching. Fusion 360 requires minimum 4GB ram and i3 11th gen or higher processor. it doesn't require very high-end computer to operate.

    I fully understand the video but I have one question, the [B] matrix does not only contain only constants but also contain variables, which point should I use for each x and y when I want to form the [K] matrix?

    Love the Video! I Am trying to learn how to cut a slot using the slot command in Fusion 360. Glad you could help me out. just wanted to point out that after you changed the tool length all you have to do is press Ctrl G on your keyboard instead of going back through all of your options.

    Your videos are excellent, I have gone through a lot of other FEA lectures for the same topic and yours are easy to follow and it is clear that you understand the subject. Keep up the great work! I had a couple of suggestions: 1. Have a separate video just on basic mathematical constructs like Jacobian, Lagrangian, natural coordinates, etc so you can focus on the main derivation in the videos. 2. Kindly number the videos in your FEA playlist in sequence. 3. Stand with the board to your right at the start of the videos so the whole board is visible while you are introducing the problem - later you can move around.

    A high-speed rotating disk is considered to be a plane stress. Is a high-speed rotating long cylinder a plane strain? How do you determine the height of the cylinder where the plane stress and plane strain are determined? About height/r = 10 or so? thank you Great lecture

      Thanks for watching and writing. Yes high speed rotating disc can be considered as a plane stress condition. High speed rotating long cylinder can also be considered as plane strain condition.
