Baka sa growth rate, mataas ba nakuha mo? Tricky kasi yung sa pag estimate ng future growth rate and future PE, depende sa assumption. Mataas kasi past growth rate ng Converge. Kaya lang mababa ang forecast ng mga analyst, kaya ginamit ko yung forecast ng mga analyst sa Simply Wall St for the future growth rate para mas conservative. Ginamit ko 8.5% tapos sa future PE , ginamit ko yung 2x the future growth rate na 8.5, which is 17. Mataas kasi ang average PE from 2020-2023. Yung minimum acceptable rate 15% ang nasa calculator , need to change to 8%

No, we cannot directly trade US stocks using banks in the Philippines. You have to open a US Trading account then fund through your bank (USD account) through wire transfer. I inquired about this and sabi sa akin I need to go to the bank to do wire transfer.

Have you considered the possibility of cashing out some of those dividends for paying off your monthly expenses, instead of re-investing them? Bcos I need a lot as rent, inflation alone eat up almost all of what I make.

Lots of people want to do it by themselves but can't performer better. If you ain't savvy enough, discuss with a FA. Im with Frost hilda, great woman! She's provides options to build on and less hands on for you. write her social it's just smart move to ensure your interest.

NIKL malaki probability malaglag sa PSEI due to poor performance. SPC declining earnings din pero nag improve na yung 2nd quarter. Wala ako ng 3 yan kasi hindi ko gusto hehe
