I think this is great and somewhat similar to earthships but without the recycle aspect. But he did say "people just cover everything in concrete" and then show homes made 100% out concrete. lol If he incorporated Mike Reynolds sustainability principles too then it would be fantastic.
But how would the concrete be permanently sealed from leaks?
