Great review guys. We had one of the first off the production line over 2 years ago. We had never seen a production van with this layout before, and as we are avid mountain bikers, it was a no brainer. We also opted for alloys, window blinds, apple car play radio, plus the pull out canopy and one slide out bike rack which is amazing. We love the van and even fitted an extra leisure battery as 12v fridge does use quite a lot when off grid. One poor point with ours is the plywood floor in garage has delaminated, poor quality. It’s having this done under warranty in a few weeks. Keep up the good work 😊

Brilliant. I never got the hang of surf kayaking . Used to always end up twatting myself. Looks like a great day out. PS you can get more hazy Jane cans in the bottom of the fridge than you can moretti bottles. Top tip Need a fan mind. What was it? The high no bra shot made us laugh. 😂

Hi both, in regards to your question about heat when van is parked up- we also have a 68 and when the van is parked on the drive and its hot we do put all the blinds up and also put a Polar Thermal screen cover on to deflect the sun off the front window. Seems to do the trick. We also go out to the van every couple of days and open the side and back barn doors and let it air out. Once the temps go down we put the blinds down to give them a break and retain their shape.

Where are you going in France? Son Sam now lives in Toulon. Save your large Amazon boxes, open them up, paint them white, use HMB to stick and hold the card over the windows on the out side, or use magnets or the sucker things that hold phone holder to the windscreen.

is there an external gas pipe for a bbq or do you have to access the internal bottle?

As always with you two, a highly enjoyable and appreciated video. However, this week has to go to Nature Itself! Woweeeeee! I couldn't have seen the aurora borealis with anyone better than you. I truly felt I was there... and don't blame Tracey for looking at her phone screen as if to say "did that really happen?". The photos of it are super... capturing the atmosphere as well as the swoops and dives of Nature's sky plus above all, the wondrous colours. Well done you two for capturing it all and sharing it likewise. I shall be eternally grateful for seeing this and, because of modern technology, I'll be able to watch it again and again. Thank you. Let me tell you something I think that's rather important..... If ever you're poorly, just watch a video by two fabulous women I've grown to love. Whether it's watching the beautiful sea at the end of or start of a day or, understanding from a very loving and generous brother, how to fit a dash cam to your van...... they're human... realistic films... and always with the loveliest of smiles and fond wave. Great video ladies, my wife and I haven't yet purchased our van/motorhome (we've been caravanners for 13 years/VW Campers before that). Could we ask what the pass thing was that you used when exiting the aire in France please? Also as a same-sex couple like you guys, how safe have you found it in your van, travelling etc? Thank you for another super vlog of your travels. 😊

For the staining try vanish that you use in your laundry. Sounds daft, but we had a plastic sink in our caravan that the previous owners had stained with something. My wife and I tried every concoction known to wo-man 😊!!! I simply made up a paste with the vanish and water, I covered the stained area with the paste of vanish and water and hey presto, the stain had gone. We had a more stubborn stain in the shower tray which took one or two more applications. But it did work!

Love the videos! Picking our 68 up soon, cants wait! Curious to know what’s caused the gap next to the fridge! Hopefully it’s a. Easy fix for you 🤞

We have just got back from a 6 month 7,500 mile trip in our 68 to France, Spain, Morocco, Spain, Portugal and Spain again. The only real issue we had the whole time was a couple of weeks after leaving home our 240v electrics stopped working. Borrowed a hook up cable from a friendly Frenchman and fortunately thats all it was. A couple of wires had come loose in one of our leads plugs. All fixed in 10 minutes.

Anyone would think Tash was ex Navy!! Bothered by windy weather... chop chop. Naughty. Poor Tracey. I hope the red flask is a triple whisky with some black coffee in it?! Give la Francey. Thank God the bags were big enough for the red and cheese. Perhaps a salut to SOME of the whites too?! Nice to see out and about on the island, it hadn't been somewhere I'd thought about visiting before watching your vlogs. Have you tried "fork mounts" for your bikes? We use them in our van mounted on a board and they work for both our road and mountain bikes.

Take a deep breath! 🤗 Well, here I am... it's Thursday and I think that's when you said you were going a la France... and I'm sitting here in the boiling heat temperatures 🥵 of the glorious Exeter Limb Centre. Still. I suppose it could be worse. I might've been down in a graffitied bunker surrounded by s..t and grot. Ah how the other half lives. So, I'm the lucky one... they've now got my legs here so I hope I don't need to dash to the loo (!!) but, who would be poor Beano... I think I'm the lucky one. Poor boy, fancy taking him to a beach and letting the little chap get salted. I hold you, Tash, totally responsible and it'll be your turn to do the rinsing off! Whilst I'm twiddling my thumbs I can think of you three getting on down avec le franglais and settling in to bread and dripping for Tash, erstwhile Modom has multitudinous cheeses (mmmm fellow cheese lover) to enjoy plus beaucoup de vino rosso!
