@@evrywerigoable It is stated very clearly in the first Deadpool movie that the serum they gave him would trigger latent mutant genes that were already inside him. And these setups were thought out by Fox, not Disney or Reynolds.

And if Wolverine’s DNA cures the mutant plague, his antibodies working against the cancer on a cellular level, Essex Corp. is legit enough to know where these mercenaries hang out & put Wade on Agent Smith’s call list because the man behind the EssexCorp. killing kids & making monsters that would grow up to destroy Cable’s future, is as wealthy as Transigen, Milbury Ward, and Essex House combined… rivaling the efforts of Charles Xavier & more diabolical than Magneto!
