To bad the firmware is crap so you can't even preheat. The heatpump (if it's there even) can't keep the batteries cooled enough throttling the charging and only reaching 150kW on a 800V system is really really low. 400V system cap at 200Kw (even more for teslas) so what are BYD doing getting so low performance out of this car. And don't get me started with the UI. To use google translate is not enough for translating the UI to other languages. I will never buy a BYD again and the car goes for sale as soon as the lease is up...
