How did the hcg affect menopausal symptoms. I am 55 and afraid the hcg is going to refresh the hotflashes.

Thank you! I've experience with HCG injections/protocol/diet. I've experience with water fasting ... longest for me, 132 hr and 133 hr. In a couple days, for the first time, I am going to water fast and have HCG injections ready to go. Please, what is best protocol for both at same time? (HCG injection/diet: dose for me = about 125iu)

Getting into the 140s is awesome! It’s so funny because even though I’m still at a high weight, I am already having the pants issue you’re talking about. I have very little butt left, so they all keep wanting to come down in the back. LOL Oh well. Small price to pay I suppose.

I had insane itching after my LBL, thigh lift, BBL etc.....my dr treated it with Ativan. It worked wonders. I had tried Benadryl, anti itch cream etc. before the Ativan. Ask if you can have that instead. No weight gain side effect

You shouldn't be worried about bloat and the scale at this point in your recovery after post op plastics. It's apart of the process and recovery. Your are bloated bc there is a histamine release and inflammation from having surgery. starting hcg and restricting calories is not In Your best interest for your health and recovery. You need more protein and calories for healing. You should wait 8 weeks before starting hcg. In the meantime increase water intake to flush out fluid and inflammation and a anti inflammatory diet. Dark and vibrant veggies and fruits. Turmeric, ginger. Spices and Supplements. Etc... arnica pellets

HI there! I will be with you in spirit both on your birthday and surgery date! I have had two different masks for my cpap this month...since it is new I got to change twice in 30 days by insurance. One is fantastic nasal pillows with the tubing out of the head which was unbelievably state of the art! Unfortunately my deviated septum did not allow it to work as well for me. I then got a brand new full face mask that just came out and it is so soft with a beautiful lining, so no plastic on your face! I LOVE it! So let me PM you a pic and the box so u know what to ask for!!!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I remember when I first found you in the HCG community...you were in a lazy boy recovering from one of your surgery's! I was thinking what is this? Who is this lady? I have learned so much that I never knew about the WLS community from you! It is a shame the video's are gone...so are mine though! Oh wow look at RICK!!!! Everything was beautiful and so glad it all was special on your daughters big day!
