toying with innocent sin textures

these hd png textures make my game stutter like a motherfucker, so i decided to experiment by converting/compressing them into ktx2 format using universal basis in tandem with pngquant. fixed pretty much all of that on both desktop and mobile versions of ppsspp, albeit at the price of a relatively small drop in quality. did this specific playthrough on my op7pro with a pg9167 i recently acquired.
