Sarah shares her experiences of living with addiction as well as being a survivor of abuse, both as a child and an adult. She's living proof that we can overcome even the most traumatic experiences.

It's like rationing during the second world war, except the Government are not helping in the war against poverty.
I like the fact that they actually try to put things in that you can make meals with as opposed to a lot of food pantries in the USA that just have a hodgepodge of things thrown together.
The food pantry that I helped in Illinois is pretty good about giving out lots of meat you get your regular canned vegetables pasta spaghetti sauce cereal nuts raisins fruits and vegetables when they have it Bread and bakery they give out random items but you can make meals with some of what they give out
