США
Добавлен 7 янв 2016
As hunters, we all share common goals. Whether it's shooting a buck of a lifetime, shooting your first turkey, or just for putting food on our tables. How we get there isn't always easy. No matter the struggles, no matter how or why, all the Factors must align for that successful harvest. I believe hard work pays off in the end, and positive attitude can lead to success. So please join me in my adventures as I look for all the Factors that take place in my journey. Welcome to...The Hunting Factor.

Here I tell the story of a buck I pursued with the help of my kayak. Thought it be great story to add to the channel. This hunt made me a better hunter, by thinking outside of the box! and trying something different. #bowhuntingwhitetails #bowhunting #kayak #huntingstories

Looks delicious. I could taste it through the screen lol.. thanks for sharing it👍
Nice job. It’s amazing how sometimes they don’t bleed Congratulations she will eat good
I know first hand what’s it’s like hunting public land in Michigan. 85% of my hunting is on public. It’s public up in the U.P and hunting is hard up there. Nice video keep your chin up. Little late getting to this. Being up at deer camp and posting my own videos I’m way behind
Did the bullet exit? It is weird for 308 to not leave a nice blood trail. Good shot, great hunt!
What if he was up on the little hill. 😂
Maybe in some cases but I was standing on his track which were on the 2 track not the hill.
I’m gonna have to try this out
Maybe the deer was on the high ground?
Maybe in some cases but,on this particular rub I was standing on the bucks tracks that were on the 2 track.
Them small rubs are from mature bucks they can display more aggression on a small tree than they can on a big tree
Great video! I’m just now getting into saddle hunting.
Awesome video man. I appreciate you taking the time to post this with every bit of information you could share
Nice video. Good luck with your out of state buck👍
I F’N love these Broadheads! No more searching for a better Broadhead.
Its sick
Snake bit
Rabies
Brain parasite or rabies
Yeah that’s kinda what I thought. Kinda rare to see at least for me.
Great video. Where did you say you got the the bungee with spring clips? Can’t make out what you are saying. Using CC it translates to rain jacket and that is what it sounds like you are saying. Thanks in advance.
Yes. But I believe you can buy it on Amazon also.
What angle are you sharpening them at on the work sharp? I just got the work sharp precision adjust and want to attempt to buff mine up.
I look at it from the side with the broad head and stone attached and adjust the work sharp to that angle. I believe it’s a 35 degree angle. The Ranch Fairy as a great video on it.
@@HuntingFactor thank you! I will check his video out as well.
Nice video 👍. Good tips
I've been struggling learning hunting with my limited time away from work. I live at work (literally live at work). I appreciate the lesson.
Some good pointers, best of luck this season.
What do you think about the buzzcut version vs the regular version?
I think they are both good as long as they’re sharp. Its just personal preference on why I choose one over the other.
Doing just this exact thing this weekend. Have about 400 miles into the arctic circle in front of us on Monday morning, so we have to make sure we're not forgetting a single thing.
Gotta say...your rope management gave me some bad flashbacks. 😕 Because of my experience at it, going forward, gonna ditch the sticks. Will be giving SRT my full attention. DEFINITELY safer and lighter, but i just haven't dialed it in yet. Stay safe.
Several years ago I had an idiot(s) who stole several cameras from my private property within a one day period. They found cameras that were in very thick and out of the way places and even cut the lock cables I had on some of the cameras. Elevating the cameras and using the thin black wire was a game changer and stopped the thievery. I have also conspicuously placed old non functional cameras and elevated them in lock boxes as a deterrent.
Don't forget lifetime warranty
Yes sir they do ! 👍🏼 Made in the USA 🇺🇸
Good info Thankyou for sharing
Nice video!! Looked like a great time just fishing and relaxing 👍
People wouldn't buy a platform if they only knew about how efficient and minimalist the BULLMAN PLATFORM ROS are ...
like your shorts good information it should help hunters
Looks uncomfortable af
Nice video 👍 I bring almost a carbon copy to what you bring. Thanks for sharing it!!
Such a great modification that I can’t wait to put to the test. Wrapping that washer in electrical tape or stealth strip would take care of any unneeded noise too. Great video man.
Dude, I can't believe that I never thought of using wire or that backing plate with the bolt I always put a 1 inch diameter branch piece behind it. I have used string but the wire is awesome. Great video.
Good tips! I use several of these and run a lot of cameras on public land. I really like your bark idea. In my experience its best to have some sort of lock on every camera. I have come up with a few alternatives to python locks and those videos are on my channel. Thanks for the video.
It's a shame that people won't leave things alone. I would hate to think it's fellow hunters. I would lean towards Peta or similar type individuals maybe even Conservation Officers .
I always put a broken camera over an obvious spot like a feeder or mineral lick. Then I place a good one in a not so obvious spot like a weird angle or height. Works pretty good.
Nice shirt great video thank for sharing
When they put them on my uncles lands, they get taken down immediately along with their stands. Corn gets fed to the hogs. He told them hunt clubs for decades. They just can't be reasoned with. No one can hunt this lands except family. Monster bucks!
Arlo go, cell security camera, I’m gona talk to anyone that is trying to make off with it, live view, I will watch anyone that sets it off also Reolink has a 360 pan cell now that I’m curious about
I hate thieves
You're not alone on that. Too much theft is happening. In the middle east people that steal get their hand cut off. Not many repeat offenders.
Nice video! You do a great job with them. Thanks for showing us
Excellent advice! Thanks
I need to hide trail cam from Bigfoot the damn things keep stealing them
I live in eastern Kentucky ive lost over 30 cams in the last 10 years even bringing climbing sticks and placing then high has failed....my best luck has been ground level especially inside rotten stumps and then brushing it in enough so anyone walking by dont focus on the area .....also guys mineral sites and stand/blind locations are a dead give away guys look hard for cams in this3 spots
Deet works on mosquitoes but you might try Picaridin which does the same thing but isn’t oily and won’t harm nylon like Deet will.
What placements were you using when the cameras got stolen?
I was hanging them about 3 feet. With a cable lock and a strap.
How did they get the camera off the cable?
@StevenSmith-7t391 they pretty much break the plastic loop’s off where the cable goes through. Leaving the cable lock and taking the camera.
That’s what I was wondering. It almost makes a cable lock to be a waste of money unless maybe you use a lock box in conjunction with the camera. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
We live in the country no cable available Is there 1 camera that will run off a phone ??? Very cool 😎
Yes cell cams send pictures to your phone through an app but only work if you have service. I use a Moultrie Delta.
@@HuntingFactor thank you for sharing
another great job
That looks amazing
