      I’m sorry, but I think these are terrible ways to stretch your hamstrings or any muscle for that matter. These are very abrupt motions that put a lot of tension on the muscle instantly, and can potentially hyperextend the muscle, causing injury, which is a horrible way to stretch a muscle. You want the motion to be slow and controlled. If you want to do these exercises after you stretch, sure, I would recommend against using these as part of your warmup/stretch routine.
