This scene is just sad, he and Levi are the only ones alive that heard Erwin speech, but he was the only in the charge thar survived, he belived so strong on what Erwin said that he gave everything for the sake of his home island, he gave his humanity, his love for their friends, just becouse he wanted justice for his home island ( also damn, bro almost won against 4 titan shifters, an Ackerman, the best of the survey corp and a aimbot girl, this bro is really hated for almost no reason )

Floch is a great character very well layered and deserves praise. Might not agree with his methods but i understand where is coming from. Also i'm petty sure you can show this to anyone without context no prob. Badass scene

The last episodes of attack on titan are something. Everybody's got a reason for what they're doing. While I absolutely hated Floch, he gave quite the fight. He was a true soldier.

How dare you slander Erwin like this. This dude bastardized everything he stood for. Granted I can understand why he did it but at the end of the day, Erwin stood for the Scouts and freedom for humanity as a whole. His theme represents that.

Yeah I'm with the agenda to crush the world. Erens home was constantly shit on and threatened by the world. The only way to keep it save is to destroy everything else.

And in the end what Floch said literally happened in the manga after Eren was killed

I like this better, especially because this is Erwin's charge theme, which makes this very symbolic to the scene. After surviving Erwin's charge in season 3 Floch realized that against a greater foe a "devil" like Erwin sending his soldiers and himself on a suicide charge is necessary at countering that threat. He realized that humanity needs a devil like Erwin in charge to survive and after Erwin's death he himself has become that devil which I think is very well depicted in this scene just by changing out the OST. You can also draw parallels, Erwin's suicide charge was a last ditch attempt at taking back wall Maria and uncovering the secrets of the basement by defeating Zeke, and so was this in the case of Floch, a last attempt at liberating Eldia from the burden of their enemies and for that Floch sacrificed everything (like Erwin did) for his people. EDIT: I also kinda feel like they've overused "Ashes on the fire" so I can't really take it serious anymore, which is a shame because it is really good. And imo they could have had some variation and chosen OSTs from the multiple masterpieces of previous seasons, for example I feel like "Vogel im Käfig" is severely underused.
