For your top story, you can, with the two-story barn structure you have below, put in wood shack walls and roofs for the top level. it comes in just under the build height limit.

You can choose the humane way but nvm your face-look already told which way you would choose Raider Brotherhood!

Great video bro. 👍 Question... Have you built much at Mirkwater.? I'm stuck for ideas except I'll use alot of walkways between buildings because it's swampy. Also that wet ground must hold more radiation than dry land so I'm going to populate it with ghouls only. The town layout.... No ideas.
