Guys the reason why it's like this bc 1. U didn't store the skunk on the horse (btw u can skin the skunk if u want to people say don't skin it but I skinned it but u can actually skin it if u want to). 2. Uncle wants to sleep or do something 3. sometimes he glitches so save the game and load it again and run fast to uncle bc sometimes he will prepare to sleep or do work. That's all guys. :)

What actually solved it for me was that I had to stow the skunk on the horse, I then jumped of the horse and then without having the skunk on me I could finally give it to uncle. A little backwards...

That's not a glitch. You are not supposed to skin the skunk if you want him to accept it.
I have the same issue with an un-skinned skunk in perfect condition
Huh i skinned my skunk and give it to uncle it worked? .the reason it wont work bc 1. ur not storing it on ur horse 2. or uncle wants to sleep.. and if its not completed there is no sign give request

Solution . keep it stowed on your horse and approach uncle
Didn't work for me. He wouldn't take it no matter what I did. Each time I ride back in to the ranch he's sitting on the porch and then ambles upstairs to his bed. Once he does that, the request has a small lock symbol and the option to give it to him is greyed out. I've saved and reloaded the game. I've gone back for additional skunks. Nothing so far.

It's staggering how many glitches are in this game. Its a disgrace. The worst game I've played for decades. Hardly anything works as it should. Tasks not working, horses not moving, weapons not equipping. I can't see how these things got past beta testing. It's a fucking joke. Fuck rockstar
lmao ive been using the photo mode method to check for hats, mainly for the derby high hat and this. found the derby, but ive been searching for this one for hours and hours off and on
Chanced upon a rider wearing this hat whilst on the lookout for a Florida Panther. Not sure how reliable this location is for spawning this hat, so can't really give any pointers as such. However, I had just acquired a Plantation Gambler's hat from one of the folks in Lagras. Perhaps wearing a rare hat increases the chances of finding others like it.
Apologies for not showing the exact location on the map. I believe it to be close to Catfish Jackson's.

the closest hat besides the stalker hat to match the cover art for arthur and you cant even wear it as him. Fuck you rockstar and all your other stupid ass bullshit design choices. If it was not for the amazing story and voice acting and lively world all these little things they do or dont do would add up so much that i would hate the game.
