Here's how to quickly stitch up an adorable petticoat for Meredith the Cloth Doll!
I've taken advantage of the 'fringe' on the selvedge edge of my fabric and am using for the hem. If I needed to make a hem for the petticoat I would fold up 1/4" and then fold up again 1/4" and either hem stitch or use a running stitch to sew.
