USA food is trash
Tamari, Worcestershire sauce, coconut aminos, liquid aminos, shiitake mushrooms, fish sauce, maggi seasoning, umeboshi vinegar, miso paste,
Thank you so much. I am struggling to find Dashi for New Year's soba. 🍜🍤
Do not!
My Miso is 2 years past the exp date. Unopened in a fridge. Safe?
Why do they give you wasabi if you're not supposed to eat it
How long does it last?
You should never freeze it. But as a student whos struggling and don't want to waste food, i dipped the frozen sushi in flour mix and deepfry it. Sure it may be heresy to japanese tradition but at least you don't waste food and actually enjoyed a frozen sushi
thanks for your explication!
Sorry, no, Chinese food beats Japanese food any day for me, so many more options and variety.
Great job
I'm just using Kecap ABC ... It is better than mirin..
Thanks, I’m definitely going to cook these lol I was thinking I could eat them raw and after watching this… absolutely not.
My mom from Kyoto started me on Japanese pancake early in my youth.still making them to the day.love them.miss my mom's cooking❤❤🦋
All i want to know is if Peanut Oil would be good for baking bread!!! But all you keep saying is peanut oil is healthy ... broo wtf
I would rather eat kimchi than natto
I add tomato, sliced sweet pepper, about five or six shell on shrimp, some dried basil, parsley and any other chopped up ends of vegetables from the fridge. It always tastes great with lots of added veg and a little protein.
I don't like the pepper hot side.
This same pot we're using for grilled prawns. With smoke
It smells like shit
Can aebleskiver pan be used on electric stove(glass top)
Stupid! You see Japanese cooks in small kiosks cooking with 5 or 6 yakitory charcoal grills. No smoke yet its dangerous for others!!!
@Bitemybun. At 2:27 whis is not for cutting. You are cutting connections between bamboo. And you need to use very sharp knife. And clean it between cuts, from rice on the knife.and squeeze wrap tighter. Your sushi is to lose falling apart like flat tire
Great video thank you
Thank you. I got some miso at salone del gusto to try it but I didn't know you would also need dashi to use it. I will try with tomatoes and, since I got them at home, dry porcini mushrooms. Maybe I will not get the same taste but at least I can finally try if I like miso at all
Do not use tomatoes. They are acidic like miso and the final result is like winegar it just sucks. porcini mushrooms water on the other end is a little bit bitter so the combination works really well. I still don't think I will buy it again since miso taste is not my favorite at all but I will be able to finish it I hope before expiration date
this foreigner literally puts a video of Thai bbq and calls them Korean. wtf
it should be like mashed potato texture inside
😮❤ thanks
Dashi is not only made with kombu and bonito flakes though. There are quite a few different types of dashi, one of which also uses anchovy called iriko/niboshi dashi ( いりこだし・煮干しだし). Dashi that uses bonito and kombu is the most widely used, called awase dashi (合わせだし). So what is the difference between irkio dashi and Korean anchovy broth?
That W sauce giv me the shits
This wasn't a good review at all.
Tamago simply means egg
Thanks a lot dear friend thumbs up ❤
soy sauce.tomato paste vinagar mix
Alt title: Japanese man lightly slanders Chinese food
We could buy the starter and still get the good bacteria?
Very helpful infos
Excellent. Thank you very, very much.
Bakit walang karne
Honestly it was one of the most disgusting foods I've ever tasted.
So you have old tea sitting and mold is growing on the surface. How to clean out kettle without immersing into water? There is electronics on the kettle.
I've been looking for exactly this video, thanks a lot. :)
I am Japanese. Korean BBQ and Japanese BBQ are very similar, but with Japanese BBQ, you don't usually wrap the meat in sanchu, but the rest is very similar because Korean people introduced yakiniku to Japan. What might be slightly confusing is that there are many Korean BBQ restaurants in Japan alongside "Japanese Yakiniku" restaurants.
Amazing! Great video! I brought some today!
Did Anjin Sama learn Cooking too from Japan ?
I'm going to review a Omakasa restaurant for my RUclips channel tomorrow. Thank you so much for this information.
Calm down Korean 🙏 Japanese BBQ was not introduced by Korean. Japanese bbq was made by Japanese for Japanese🎉 korean bbq didn’t grow in Japan , Japanese didn’t like them. So Japanese made own style bbq 🎉 there are MANY Korean BBQ in japan and it’s very different with Japanese bbq. It’s like Remen🍜 Cheese did bring Chinese noodles to Japan, Japanese started making own noodles for Japanese. There are Chinese noodles in japan, it’s very different with ramen. None of Chinese think ramen is from China 🇨🇳 Every meals are connected with other countries if you think, sometimes they change it, sometimes they keep it like kimchi. Kimchi is from Korea, it’s a lot of less spicy in Japan but Japanese make it as Korean side. What if Chinese say kimchi was from Chinese🇨🇳 vegetable pickles came to Korea from China so kimchi is from Korea 😂
Sabi Oyster sauce bakit toyo nilagay
takoyaki is the best
you wont even show me what they look like?
