Box joint jig
Finally completed my modified box joint jig for the table saw. I decided to mount it onto my sliding cross cut sled for added stability. I used acrylic blocks for the spacers. They do not compress when tightened into the jig. They will also be unaffected by moisture changes. Thinner blocks can be inserted for narrower fingers.Very happy with the end result.

what ratio we shall use for CBM5
I used to cut custom and production with an older models of this. If I had taken this long to set up my cutter I would have been fired. I was able to cut 500 8x10's in one hour. I did large mats with as many as 24 openings. Never ever sooo slow.

Once it’s setup, you can consistently cut multiple mats perfectly. Setup does take a little time, but when it’s done, it delivers perfectly.

Plans please?
What purpose does the plexiglass nearest the blade function? Seems unnecessary. Excellent results though. It appears the accuracy is dependent on the plexiglass template, what did you cut that on?
Prevents tearout. Could just as easily be plywood.
