I got the engine installed in the buggy. Did some of the electronics so far. Did the throttle and clutch. I would like to send some pics of the project. I had the engine professionally mounted. he also mad a custom shifter. Along with a fuel cell and custom exhaust. No cats.Mounted the engine backwards and used the secondary tranny for forward and reverse Made a custom shaft with a 23 tooth sprocket welded onto the shaft and attached to a pillow block.Email me. billy@iwireny.com

William if you have the same buggy then you know that it has 2 sprokets 1 for each rear wheel, i custom made a shaft that connects the rear wheels and connected the left sproket to the sproket on the engine using a chain , i had to use a chain tenssioner because every time i rode with a passenger the buggy would seat lower and the chain got loose. I recommend that you use an electronic shifter

NEED INFO ON THIS!!!! I have the same buggy and I am putting a R6 engine in it. Already removed the engine from the bike and the buggy. The mounts are getting fabricated and installed tomorrow. Need info on the drive-train!! billy@iwireny.com

you don't need to install a clutch pedal , just a clutch lever attached to a shift
