4 day Inca trail hike to Machu Picchu

I was looking for an adventure but didn't want to be completely solo or have to fully organise myself so I decided to travel with G Adventures partnered with National Geographic in a guided group tour format for the first time ever! Follow your purpose/passions not societal expectations! London has a lot of things to offer but to an extent that depends on the amount of disposal cash one has after taking into account the high living costs. London can be overwhelming at times but remember London's unique offer is the multicultural landscape as opposed to green fields of the countryside which are beautiful but culturally poor!!...
I agree with multicultural aspect of London. There are pros and cons to both sides! 🙏🏻💗

Meditation is so odd, when I do it regularly it has clear and obvious benefits to my life, yet it is a struggle to keep the habit.
Haha I totally understand what you mean! A favourite quote of mine for any habit is "pushing the wheelbarrow is easy, it's thinking about it that's hard" 🙏🏻 anything we can add into our daily routine, without thought, tends to stick a bit more!

The canal looks very similar along the various parts ! I actually don't do them anywhere, just the occasional stray hair tweeze x
This is so lovely to see someone choose wellness and stillness in their free time like this. London can be insanely busy but there are those little pockets of peacefulness if you look carefully! It is my second year here now and as someone who is really drawn to nature I struggled a bit at first but I am finding my own way around it now. Anyways, wishing you the very best!
