I honestly don't even know. Every time I play the game i feel like I'm way behind for some reason. Im a huge survival game player and this game is super deep. Love it though.
@@saulsilver87 I can understand your hesitation but, honestly you are very good and it is time to take off the training wheels and just take a leap of faith and go for the full on real game. Seriously, what's the worst thing that could happen? (remembers dying fifteen times in his first ten minutes of the game as a noob)
Riverlands is very high lvl stuff 80-100+ go with the green much easier start until you get the hang of it

OK so no more laughs, you at least tried and with no experience at all (a hard way to start) but you did begin right by gathering. The Oxite is for your oxygen, place the blue rock into the square in your inventry it will auto feed you oxygen. Dont throw away your broken tools, select the broken tool and right click then select "Repair" at tier one, select the knife first, it is good for close quarters fighting and make TWO as soon as you can, they break often so in a fight you will need the second one. there are many ways to start the game and everyone has a different slant on starting so my suggestions are only how I start a new game and not always the best or easiest way. First collect (done) next get to lvl 1 by gathering (done) research; knife (2) fire bow, arrows. for a safe house before the storms come, find a large rock and use your pick axe to burrow into it until you can sit or stand inside. place your fire on the ground nearby for heat and cooking. Most animals can be eaten except the adult buffalo but the juvenile buffs can be skinned and eaten with the stone knife, all other animals can be butchered with the stone knife. Lvl 2 select the sleeping bag, wood hammer and the wooden house materials DO NOT USE the thatch it will be destroyed in the first storm. this will get you started. Lvl 5 is where you need to be to start getting the construction benches so work on gathering and killing all animals until then.
