To get to this trail you’ll need to start from the bikers parking lot at Monte Sano and take Tally-Ho. At the end of tally-ho you go right and you’ll be on bluebell holler. If you go left you’ll get on Full Monte…the black line with big jumps.

No shuttles. Ebikes are highly recommended…nearly everyone I saw out that day had one

I haven’t hit that jump in a while. I always jump too high rather than far and case the shit out the landing. I guess my cornering needs work to keep speed

You know I’ve heard pros and cons about Cushcore. Neither making me want to try it. Just get DD casing but this rear dissector with an EXO casing made it thru just fine. This and Oakpark are usually tire killers

@@TheRiotMTB I see what you mean. DD probably won’t benefit much from a tire insert because it’s already so durable. I have maxxis dhf and an insert in my rear wheel put a stop to all my pinch flats

Actually yes it’s a pretty tough climb to the top. Short but very steep access rode. Not even sure an ebike on full boost could manage it

@@TheRiotMTB Yeah for sure haha, one of the rides I did at a local state park had tons of huge hills, Ebike kinds takes away from the exercise of it but its not too bad

The amount of hikers here largely determines how the trials are built until now. You def need to come see when this new trial is finished. It will be your kinda jam

I like finding hidden gems. Some trails here made the cut others not so much

You can get a day pass or sign up for a year recreational pass which is what I have. Enter thru gate 9 and hit the visitor center they’ll hook you up. Lots of great trails here.

You can get a day pass or a year pass. Sign up at the visitor center at gate 9 entrance. It’s def worth getting the yea pass so you don’t have to go to visitor center every time. Plus it’s only open on weekends. If you get the year pass you can go on weekends too
